Club Hotel Namba: The People’s Pub. Established 1912

YOU don’t last 100-plus years without a strong ticking heart, a persistence to survive and a will to serve your community.

The Club Hotel Namba certainly possesses the strong heart beat of an iconic Queensland Hotel – a fair dinkum pub!

The Club Hotel Namba offers a genuine pub experience, from great food and hospitality, comfort, to exceptional entertainment and a place for the entire family to enjoy,” said General Manager and Director, Shayne Daniel.

“We have created a welcoming, family friendly atmosphere that our patrons really seem to appreciate. We have had the most incredible feedback about our friendly staff.”

Established in 1912 the Club Hotel has always been ‘the People’s Pub’.

“We want people to feel comfortable, whether it’s family, a couple of tradies after work, or whatever walk of life they come from,” Shayne said. “A thriving local pub is a characteristic of any great town, particularly country towns, and creating a warm, friendly atmosphere is important. It’s expected by people looking for a quality hotel or pub,” he said.

“That’s what we’re doing at the CHN: good beer, good pub food and a welcoming atmosphere for families, friends and functions.”
Great food is up front and centre at the CHN, thanks to the talents of Executive Chef, Wayd Bailey.“We are thrilled to have Wayd’s talent in the kitchen and we are getting fantastic feedback about our food,” said Shayne.
“Wayd has previously made a name for himself at The Doonan and The Coolum Beach Hotel. We are very proud of the calibre of food we are providing to our patrons.”

Nambour’s most iconic building also offers an array of private function and dining room spaces to suit any style of event. From a sit-down dinner, to stand-up cocktail events, the function team will create a seamless and memorable experience for you and your guests.

“We are really stoked to be able to bring some of our local talented musicians to the CHN, and over time we have added regular Trivia nights, Bingo on the last Thursday of the month, Footy Tipping, and digital TAB,” he said.

“All sporting events are screened on the big screen, which makes for a sensational viewing environment.”

The Club Hotel Namba is open 7 days, with all day dining from Friday to Sunday.
